This website (https://www.hlondres.com/es), property of Hotel de Londres y de Inglaterra, has been designed and created to explain and enable general access by all Internet users to the information, activities, products and tourist services. This Legal Notice has the purpose of establishing the General Terms & Conditions regulating the access to and general use of said website by all users. Access to and use of the website therefore necessarily implies submission to and acceptance of the General Terms & Conditions referred to and included in this Legal Notice. Hotel de Londres y de Inglaterra reserves the right to make, at any time and with no need for prior notice, all changes or updates to the contents and services of these provisions of access and use and, in general, of all elements making up the design and configuration of its website. It therefore recommends that the user carefully and thoroughly reads these general conditions every time they want to enter and make use of the website, given that they may have suffered a number of changes.

For the purposes of solving any disagreements arising from access to the website, the user and Hotel de Londres y de Inglaterra expressly agree to accept the decisions of the courts and tribunals of the city of San Sebastián, waiving any other general or special legal system to which they could have the right.
